AI assisted. Human accountable.

This site and some of the work it documents use AI as a tool for research, creation, and implementation. AI does not replace editorial judgment, source verification, professional review, or responsibility for what MichaelHBM publishes.

Where AI may assist

A tool across the workflow.

The amount and type of assistance varies by page and project. This disclosure does not mean that every sentence, image, audio segment, decision, or project was generated by AI.

  1. 01

    Research support

AI may help discover leads, compare documents, organize source notes, identify questions, and summarize material for further review. An AI summary is not treated as the underlying authority.

  2. 02

    Drafting and editing

AI may help outline, draft, revise, shorten, structure, or proofread copy, transcripts, captions, metadata, and working documents. Published framing and conclusions remain Michael's responsibility.

  3. 03

    Design and media production

AI may assist design exploration, image or texture generation, layout, transcription, and audio or video production. One recorded site example is the 3D-printing Night Lab visual created with ImageGen; that provenance does not mean every site image is AI-generated. Synthetic or AI-assisted visuals are illustrative unless a page identifies them as documentary material.

  4. 04

    Software development

AI may assist site architecture, migration, coding, testing, accessibility review, and debugging. Human review and production checks reduce risk but do not guarantee error-free software.

Human responsibility

The accountable editor remains visible.

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, or misleadingly confident. Human review is a control, not a promise that every error will be caught.

01

Editorial decisions

Michael chooses what to investigate, what evidence to rely on, how to frame the work, and whether it is ready to publish.

02

Sources over summaries

Source links are provided where the format supports them. For an important decision, read the linked source and confirm its date, scope, status, and current applicability.

03

Correction path

Material factual or attribution errors can be reported directly. A correction may update the relevant page, transcript, source record, or future episode as appropriate.

Personal views · employer boundaryPersonal work is not an agency statement.

Unless a page explicitly says otherwise, the views and editorial choices on MichaelHBM and AI Change Desk are Michael's own. They do not represent an official position of any current or former employer, public agency, client, or organization.

When you browse

No live AI decision layer.

AI use on this site is part of production, editorial support, or a documented project capability. Browsing MichaelHBM does not start a model conversation or create an AI profile of a visitor.

01

No runtime model or chatbot

Public pages do not call an AI model or model API in response to a visit, and the site does not offer a chatbot or live generative response interface.

02

No uploads or personalization

The site does not ask visitors to upload content for AI processing and does not use AI to generate personalized recommendations, rankings, or content feeds.

03

No AI decision about visitors

No AI system scores, classifies, approves, denies, or otherwise makes a decision about a visitor. The separate aggregate measurement system is described on the privacy page.

Project-specific notes

Limits follow the work.

One general AI label cannot explain every context. These notes identify the most important boundaries across the site's major projects.

  1. 01

    AI Change Desk

All 37 current episode records include a production disclosure. Ten explicitly mention voice or voice synthesis, and the public show article explains that voice synthesis uses an authorized cloned voice model. AI may also support signal triage, source comparison, transcript preparation, drafting, editing, artwork, and production workflows. Michael selects topics, decides the interpretation, and is responsible for publication. Linked sources and dated episode records should be used to verify material claims.

    Read the production approach
  2. 02

    Legislative intelligence

The current legislative import, display, search, and filter paths are deterministic; an AI model does not organize, summarize, rank, or personalize the results while a visitor browses. The underlying LegiScan-derived datasets can still be delayed, incomplete, or superseded. These pages are informational, not legal advice or an official legislative record; the relevant legislature and linked official source remain controlling.

  3. 03

    Keystone Luma

The project describes AI-assisted texture and video capabilities and may use illustrative concept material. Output quality, model behavior, service availability, device compatibility, provider terms, and release scope can change. Prototype descriptions are not a guarantee of a currently available feature or production result.

  4. 04

    FinancialHBM and automation work

AI-assisted analysis, interface examples, or planning concepts can be incomplete or wrong and may use illustrative representations. They do not replace individualized financial, legal, tax, security, privacy, procurement, or other professional review.

  5. 05

    MichaelHBM website

AI may assist content migration, information architecture, metadata, responsive design, code, and quality checks. Michael remains responsible for what the site publishes. Technical or content errors can still occur and should be reported for correction.

Models and workflows change

Disclosure should change with them.

Tools, models, providers, and production methods may change over time. This page describes the categories of AI assistance and accountability that matter across those changes; a project page may provide more specific disclosure when the context requires it.

AI is assistance, not authorship of record
MichaelHBM does not present an AI system as the accountable author, editor, policy authority, or professional adviser.
Disclosure is contextual
A material synthetic image, automated summary, or AI-enabled product capability may need a more specific label on the page where a visitor encounters it.
No guarantee of completeness
Neither AI assistance nor human review guarantees that a page, dataset, transcript, analysis, or application is complete or error-free.

Public crawler access

Discovery is not endorsement.

The site's robots file allows public search and answer crawlers to access public pages, and its llms.txt file offers a machine-readable navigation aid. Those technical signals do not claim that a provider trained on this content, grant a separate license, endorse a crawler or model, or guarantee that an external system will represent the site accurately.

What is made available
Public pages, source-linked episode records, discovery files, and selected downloadable research or transcript resources.
What remains external
A crawler's indexing, answer generation, retention, training, attribution, and downstream use are controlled by that external provider and its applicable terms.
What to verify
Use the canonical MichaelHBM page, its linked sources, and the visible publication date when an external summary matters.
