Behind the show · EP001 companion
Why I started AI Change Desk.
In the AI rollouts I study and work around, I repeatedly see execution gaps persist even when the model itself is capable. This show exists to address that recurring problem with practical, source-backed guidance that leaders can run.
The recurring gap
The problem we keep repeating.
I have seen teams launch pilots, build enthusiasm, and then watch policy, data handling, and communication lag behind. A capable model does not make the surrounding organization ready to operate it.
That is not a tooling problem. It is a change-management problem.
Operating model
The 4D Desk Memo.
- Decision: what exactly are we approving?
- Data: what data can be used, and at what sensitivity tier?
- Drift: how will behavior expand beyond intended usage?
- Deployment: what training, messaging, and controls make adoption safe?
